We lost our cleaner due to her retirement. We needed a quick turnaround before guests arrived. Orange Tree was very responsive and able to get us in quickly. Claire was easily available by phone, text and email. Our cleaner, Cindy was thorough and easy to work with. My only small issue was the appointment was for noon and I got a message just before 10 that the cleaner was on her way. We were not done straightening parts of the house. She easily adjusted where she started in the house so that we could finish up.

"I just got out of the hospital a few months ago so the hubby is my caretaker and working full time so we had a lot on our plate. Eventually, I came back to here and made an appointment for a deep cleaning. Samuel did a great job and was very thorough. We only wanted the main level of our townhouse cleaned for now so he did the living room, dining area, kitchen, and the half bathroom. My husband said the kitchen looked cleaner as when we first moved in. We decided to book for another cleaning two months out. If you have a friend/family member going through health issues at home, the one thing that you could help them with is to get someone to take care of their home for them.
